Refund policy
Services
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the 7 days of the initial service.
Products
Haylo Hair & Beauty may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 7 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. Any postage costs will be at the expense of the Customer.
Cancellation Policy
Late / Cancellation
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment during the period we are closed, please send us a text at 0483910356 or leave a voicemail and we will get back to you when we return to the salon. If you reach out to us the 24hrs prior to your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. If you contact us within the 24hrs of your appointment you will incur a charge of 100% of your deposit.
If you show up to your appointment later than 15 minutes, your appointment may be marked as a no-show and you will be charged your full deposit.
